Booking terms

1. General

Accommodation is provided by SMPL Capital Oy (AuroraLevi Suites), business ID 3385692-1, Utsunkaiku 9, 99130 Levi, Finland.

These booking terms apply to all accommodation bookings made through AuroraLevi Suites. The booker must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. The booking is binding once confirmed and agreed payments have been made. AuroraLevi Suites only rents its own accommodation properties, and the customer always deals directly with the property owners without intermediaries.

2. Booking and payment terms

For bookings made in the online store, 30% of the total booking price is paid at the time of booking. The remaining 70% of the booking price is due no later than 90 days before the accommodation starts.

If the booking is made less than 90 days before the accommodation starts, the booking is paid in full at the time of booking. In certain periods and properties, the booking may be required to be paid in full in advance. These conditions are always communicated at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation.

Payment is made via online bank or credit card. A €25 booking and handling fee is charged with the payment.

If the booking is made through a channel other than the AuroraLevi Suites online store, the booking and cancellation terms of that sales portal apply.

3. Booking confirmation

The customer receives by email the property description, payment information, and arrival and key instructions when the booking is paid in full. The customer must be able to present a receipt of payment if required.

4. Cancellation terms

Cancellation must be made in writing. The booking can be cancelled no later than 90 days before the accommodation starts, in which case a €200 administrative cancellation fee is charged and the remainder of the paid deposit is refunded.

If the booking is defined to be paid in full in advance, there is no right of cancellation and the full booking price is charged.

5. Keys and check-in

Keys are handed over on the arrival day as stated in the booking confirmation. Lost keys or service visits are charged €65 on weekdays and €150 in evenings, nights and on public holidays.

6. Stay and use

The accommodation is available during the check-in and check-out times stated in the booking confirmation. The property may not be used by more persons than the number of beds indicated.

7. Equipment, linen and cleaning

Use of bed linen is mandatory. Linen and towels are included only if mentioned in the booking confirmation. Final cleaning is included only if specifically mentioned.

8. Smoking and pets

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A €5,000 penalty fee is charged for smoking.

Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement.

9. Responsibilities and disturbances

Disruptive behaviour may result in termination of the stay without refund. The customer is responsible for any damage caused.

10. Complaints and lost property

Any deficiencies must be reported immediately. Lost property is stored for 2 months, and shipping costs are charged for sending it.

11. Other terms

Electric vehicle charging and hot tub use are prohibited without separate agreement. AuroraLevi Suites reserves the right to make changes and is not responsible for printing errors.
